Product is Good...But delay in installation

Product was delivered 2 days after the committed date. Later i called nasaka customer care for installation. Their response was ok but they delayed so much for sending service engineers for installation. Nasaka office is in delhi. So they had to do some adjustment with other service engineers in bangalore. For a week the purifier was unpacked and kept at home. Now the purifier is installed and works well...I am using it for bore-well water. It was tasting so bad and had some salt content. Now the water taste is equal to mineral water taste and its very pure.
I suggest infibeam should take care of installation too. Selling a product and washing the hands doesnt seem good..:)
I recommend this product. Worth the money you spend. Encourage some new brands...:)
