Excellent features at the price of a peanut.... Rs.475/- you get 16MP Webcam with 8 LED lights for night vision & an inbuilt mic too. I would say it is an excellent product.... cant say how long lasting it would be... but a must buy ...if u planning to purchase a Webcam..

Really your site is one of the best online purchasing site. i have book for items, i got that items properly and good conditions. But unfotunately i got bad experience from NAAPTOL.COM. I had been booked two 16mp quntum camera. But then have sent me one quntum 16mp and another 12mp face2face. when i complaint to representative through chatting/email they have not given me properly response and the put that they are unable to exchange this item. and when i have recd. one item from ur site, it was not properly working when i launched complaint ur site has given me proper response and suggest me to send back that item immdtly. really u r great.

I had got a camera earlier which did not work. You had a very good process setup by which I was able to return the defective piece to you. People have told me that with some other online sites they had to pay the courier agency when the return courier was picked up, but in your case, it was done free of cost. Today you have sent me a replacement piece which works perfectly fine on Windows XP . Again when this was delivered to me, I did not have to pay a single paise. I now have the confidence to do all my transactions with INFIBEAM and will definitely disclose my experience to my friends and relatives.
