TULSA, Okla. - Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc will announce first quarter 2008 financial results prior to market open on Monday, May 12, 2008.

A conference call to review the Company's first quarter 2008 results will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT, on Monday, May 12, 2008. Gary Paxton, President and Chief Executive Officer, will lead the call. Also participating will be Rick Neu, Interim Chief Financial Officer. A live audio Web cast of the call will be available on the company's Web site.

A replay of the conference call will be made available one hour following the conclusion of the call. The audio replay of the call will be available through May 26. The replay will also be available on the investor information portion of the corporate Web site for one year.
