SAMSUNG New Zealand today announced it has opened its first internal service centre, confirming its commitment to providing the best quality and service to Kiwi consumers.
The new service centre – called the Customer Service Plaza (CSP) – will be equipped to repair or restore a wide range of SAMSUNG products including, MP3 players, cameras and LCD TVs to PC monitors, refrigeration, laundry and cooking appliances. (NB. Does not do mobile)

The hi-tech plaza will have 19 full-time staff, including six engineers who are regularly trained to solve any technical issue and four drivers who will work with retailers to transport product to and from the Albany-based plaza.
The plaza boasts specialised work and test areas for all products, an onsite training facility, and large storage areas to house specialised SAMSUNG parts – ultimatelyhelping to ensure products are assessed and remedied within five working days.
