ArvinMeritor BOD declares quarterly dividend

TROY, Mich. -- The ArvinMeritor, Inc Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 25, 2008, at its corporate headquarters in Troy, Mich., declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents ($0.10) per share on the common stock of ArvinMeritor, with a record date of Aug. 18, 2008 and a payment date of Sept. 8, 2008.

ArvinMeritor, Inc. is a premier global supplier of a broad range of integrated systems, modules and components to the motor vehicle industry.

The company serves commercial truck, trailer and specialty original equipment manufacturers and certain aftermarkets, and light vehicle manufacturers. Headquartered in Troy, Mich., ArvinMeritor employs approximately 18,000 people in 24 countries. ArvinMeritor common stock is traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ARM.
