Samsung launches U900 mobile phone for 2008 Beijing Olympics campaign

Sydney - As the proud Official Wireless Communications Partner of the Olympic Games, SAMSUNG Mobile is unveiling its flagship product launch for its exclusive 2008 Beijing Olympics campaign - the SAMSUNG U900.

The SAMSUNG U900 has been designed to continue the success of SAMSUNG's leadership in the premium phone category. Adaptive Touch Window:
The SAMSUNG U900 includes smart Adaptive Touch Window technology, winner of the IF Design Award in 2007. Adaptive Touch Window is a digitally adaptive control panel that delivers 24 menu short cuts, instead of the usual 4, guaranteeing "ease of use". The navigation panel’s icons change according to function. For example, when in music mode, music related icons will light up on the navigation indicators. When in camera mode, camera related icons such as zoom and brightness icons will appear. With haptic feedback on the Touch Window, the vibration strength and sensitivity can be adjusted to your liking.

Boasting a huge range of high-end features usually reserved for dedicated digital cameras, the SAMSUNG U900 improves the quality of your photos. The 5 Megapixel Camera with Image Stabiliser and Auto Focus guarantees sharp, crystal clear images every time. Face Detection recognises and focuses on faces for perfect portraits.
