How do I check the current status of my order?
To check the status of your pending orders just click on the “My Account” link on the top right hand-side of any page on our store. This will take you to your “My Account” page, where you can click on the “My Orders” link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details. For Guest Login, you can simply click on ‘Track Order’ link given on the top right hand-side of every page on our website and know easily the status of your order.
Are there any hidden costs on purchase? Do you have warranty on your products?
None. There are no hidden cost while you buy from us. The final cost is mentioned at the payment page and you shall have to pay nothing more than that. Most products come with full manufacturer warranty. The warranty information for every product varies by the brand and is specified on the product detail page.
How do I cancel my order?
Email us with the order ID and also the reason for cancellation. We will surely cancel the order once we find the reason valid. An automated email shall be sent to you confirming the cancellation. For COD orders you can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment of the product from our warehouses. Just sign-in into "Your Account" and click on "View Orders" link that shows you open orders. You can click on "Cancel order" next to your pending order.

Why have I not received my product yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an e-mail informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. You can know the status of your order once you click on "my account" at the top right corner of the page. You will be able to see the exact status of the orders with the order IDs on that page.
What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?
Shipping refers to packing and shipment of your order. You will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Ships within 5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take few more days depending on the address and the courier company used.
How does infibeam.com pack items?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile (electronic) items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
What if I find my package opened or tampered upon delivery?

I did not get an invoice with the product I bought. What should I do?
All the products are delivered along with an invoice. In case an invoice is not provided to you along with your delivered product, please note that you can get the same from the below mentioned link Click here. Here you will find options for "Show Invoice" and "Email Invoice".
Will my purchased product reach to me safely and without any courier damage?
We check the product before shipping it to you to make sure that the product has no manufacturing damage or malfunctioning. We pack the product firmly and take every precaution so that the product is not damaged and broken in transit.
I want to return a faulty/damaged product, how do I proceed?
Follow the below mentioned steps :
Click clear images of the product showing damage.
Email us the images.
Explain the exact detail of the damage/defect and the status of the package that you received.
The complaint and the images should be sent to us within 48 hours of the delivery. Failing to do so, we will not be able to serve the claim for you.
If necessary, we will arrange a pickup of the product through our logistic partner. If we are unable to do so, we will request you to send the product back to us.

Once the top-up is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from the operator as well as a mail from RechargeItNow.com. In case on non-receipt of confirmation message please check the talk-time/viewing limit of your mobile phone/DTH Service. If the account balance does not increase please contact your service provider with the transaction ID provided on your email or contact us with the details of mobile number time and date of recharge, recharge amount and the transaction ID and we will get back to you.
