Example how it works-
- Suppose you have purchased a product worth Rs 1,00,000 on Infibeam.com. Use the promo code REGREEN2012 at checkout and get Rs 5000 off (5% of the purchase value) from your payable amount. Suppose your Purchase ID is- 1680015.
- Once you receive your ordered product, ship your junk product to us clearly mentioning the Purchase ID on the packet.
- Re-use the packing material received from us and be truly GREEN.

FAQs
- Can I get the 10% discount straight away ?
One can get only 5% discount straight away. To avail the remaining 5%, one has to ship the products back to us.
- Can I get the other 5% discount in my credit/ debit card?
The remaining 5% will be credited into your Infibeam account. You may use the credit to buy any product on Infibeam.com
- I don't want the later 5 % as PPC, as I am not a frequent online buyer. Can Infibeam do something about it ?
The PPC is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and applicable on the entire range of products on the site; very unlikely that you will not find anything to buy from us in
the next six months.
- I have an old mobile, can i exchange it for a new one from Infibeam ?
The terms of exchange offer are detailed on the offer page. The maximum discount is limited to 10% of the purchase value. While we do not offer one to one exchange of
products; your product may however give you a cashback of up to Rs. 10,000
- How much will be the discount, if I ship my old mobile first to you and then u check, confirm and then deduct the old mobile's cost from the new
mobile that you ship afterwards ?
Only those customers who have used the coupon REGREEN2012 while making the purchase are eligible for additional 5% discount therefore we request you not to ship any
product without making a purchase and applying coupon code REGREEN2012 in the purchase.
- If the courier charges are more than Rs. 100, will you refund that to me ?
Infibeam will refund only Rs. 100 as courier charges irrespective of the cost incurred in shipping the product to us.
- What will you do with all this junk ?
Infibeam will discard the junk in way that is not harmful to the environment.
- Can I also send my old books, newspapers, etc ?
The offer is valid only against old electronic junk. Please do not send any other product to us. Infibeam will not be responsible for any other product sent to us.
- I live in Ahmedabad, can I drop my old junk to GNFC ? It will save my Rs. 100, if I do so, will you still refund Rs. 100 to my account ?
We request our customers to ship the product to us and do not encourage personal visits.
- What if the courier charges are less than Rs.100 ?
Infibeam will refund Rs. 100 as courier charges irrespective of the cost incurred in shipping the product to us.
- Do I need to send a scanned copy of the courier receipt to you ?
You are not required to send any proof. Only in cases where the product does not reach us in an appropriate time period, will we request for any proof of delivery/ dispatch.
Fine Print
- The offer is valid only on Infibeam.com from 20th November to 15th December.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offer running on Infibeam.com.
- This offer is not valid on Magic Box, Hot deals, Gold & Silver Coins and Gift Vouchers.
- The customer has to ship the junk product within 15 days of receipt of the purchased product.
- The last date of shipping your junk products to us is 31st December 2012.
- Only those customers who have used promo code REGREEN2012 at checkout would be eligible for an additional discount of 5%
- The Offer is not Applicable on Market Place Products.
