Easy Replacement

What is Infibeam’s return policy across product categories?

  • Customers may notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72 hours from the delivery. We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost. In case issues are reported after 72 hours, Infibeam reserves the right to reject the complaint at its discretion.
  • Infibeam will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is Out of Stock or Discontinued by the manufacturer.
  • The return policy is also not valid for Perishable products such as Cakes, Flowers, chocolates, etc. Should customers come across any issue with such products, they are advised to contact our customer support team within 24 hours, failing to which we may decide not take a request for replacement/refund.
  • Damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer or Digital content such as e-books is not returnable at all.


How to ensure that the Return Policy is implied on your order without any hassles?

If you wish to return your item(s), you should keep in mind a few things before sending the item(s) and follow the below procedure:
  • For electronic products i.e. Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, Cameras, most brands follow the DOA (Dead On Arrival) certification for the replacements, which is issued within the 7 days from the invoice date. Any not working issue should be notified to the brand's service centre in order to get the DOA issued for the faster & hassle free replacement.
  • Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition, (for e.g. Shoes must be packed in the original shoe box and Apparels must be returned along with the tags, accessories and packaging accompanied with the product at the time of delivery). In case of anything missing, we may decide not take a return request.
  • Please do take care that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you to use a reliable courier service.
  • In order to offer you the hassle free replacement service, it is required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund. Our Quality Analysts will evaluate your returned product to ensure adherence to our Returns Guidelines.


Returns Guidelines

  • Infibeam's Return Policy is implied only where the product have defect or damage. Cases where the wrong selection was made by the customer will be considered discretionary returns and may attract Cancellation/Restocking Charges.
  • Customers may be asked to send the product back, in case the reverse pick up cannot be honoured due to operational restrictions. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed in the form of Infibeam store credit.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for lingerie, inner-wear, socks etc.
  • Infibeam's Replacement policy is applicable only on the products "sold by Infibeam" and not from any other Merchant / Seller or Marketplace. In that case, Seller Specific Return Policy will be followed.
  • Infibeam is not responsible for any in-transit damages, while product has been shipped by the customer. Customer is solely responsible for the damage claim from courier company.

You can make use of our Cash on Delivery (COD) option. By selecting this payment option, you are required to pay money on the delivery of your product.


What is COD? Is COD available on all products on site?

  1. COD refers to Cash on Delivery. You have the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Place your order and make cash payment upon the delivery of your order.)

May I pay by cheque upon delivery of my order (When I select COD)?

Sorry, we do not accept cheques. The payment for COD has to be done in cash.

In case we need to provide refund for a COD order, customer is provided with store credit for the same. We also refund for the order by asking account details from the customer.

What is an EMI payment? Can I Use Debit Card for EMI?

EMI is Equated Monthly Installment.
  1. When you make a purchase through EMI using your credit card, an amount equivalent to your monthly EMI (3 month or 6 month depending upon your selection) gets charged each month from your credit card which shall be reflected in your monthly statement for the number of months that you have selected. If we are arranging the courier pick, you need not pay anything. If you are requested to send the product back to us, we will reimburse the charge to you in store credit.

We and our payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team. In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. Exchanges

In case, you've ordered something incorrectly and wish to exchange it with something else.

  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product. Opened or used products will not be accepted.
  • Infibeam will issue the store credit to be used to buy the desired product. Account refunds cannot be processed in this case.

How are Refunds Issued

What are the modes of refunds?

Refunds are issued in the following two ways

  1. Product replacement - In case of damaged or incorrect items Infibeam would replace it with a new one, upon receipt of the returned item
  2. In case you do not wish to receive the replacement, you may specify that in your communication with our customer service. You would receive Infibeam store credit of the equivalent amount.

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?

Here are the steps for getting a refund on the cancelled order:

  1. Once the resolution is set for refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
  2. Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.

Infibeam offers price guarantee on the deal of the day. This price guarantee is for a period of 3 working days or the shipping duration, whichever is lower. This is to ensure that you get the best deal at the time of actual delivery of the product.

We would refund the difference amount, between the amount you have paid at Infibeam and the amount for which the same product (with accessories) is available for at any e-commerce site anywhere on the internet. While calculating selling price, please gross up all taxes, shipping charges and any other handling and packaging charges charged elsewhere, to that paid on Infibeam.

What are the Conversion Rates for International Currencies?

Customers can pay by check or demand draft(dd) by physically depositing the check/dd into our ICICI bank account. Alternatively, one can mail the check/dd to our physical address and we will ship the product as soon as the payment is realized in our account.
