Welcome to Infibeam.com. Our Infibeam Merchants have rules to help ensure a safe and enjoyable buying and selling experience. Please take a moment to read through our Participation agreement.

General guidelines:

1. Honor your commitment to buy or sell
2. Maintain current account information
3. Limit your selling to a single account
4. Do not misrepresent yourself
5. Participants must be at least 18 years old

Violations of  Participation agreement — of which these Rules are a part—can result in suspension of your Infibeam.com account.

What should I do if I can't find what I want to sell in your catalog?

Marketplace items will appear on Infibeam.com product detail pages. If Infibeam.com does not carry the item, then we do not have a page on which to list your item.

How will I know when I have a sale? Are there any fees for selling?

We will e-mail and SMS you when a customer requests your contact information upon arriving at your item for sale. For a limited period, we will have no fees for sellers to list and sell products on Infibeam.com platform.

How will buyers find my item for sale?

Buyers can view used items by clicking on used (under condition widget) in the navigation bar. Buyers can also do search from any detail page where a similar listing to yours shows up.

I submitted my vehicle for sale but it does not show up in search?

Every submission needs to be approved by our customer service staff. It usually happens within 24 hours. If you have waited for more than 24 hours and your submitted listing will not show in search, please feel free to email us: interest@infibeam.com
