For products shipped internationally, please note that the
  • any manufacturer warranty may not be valid;
  • manufacturer service options may not be available;
  • product manuals may not be in the destination country languages;
  • the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements;
  • You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.


How will you take care of Privacy of my information?

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.


When will your information be provided to customs authority?

We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

What is your Returns & Replacements policy?

If the product is defective, damaged or lost in transit, Infibeam offers replacement at no additional charge to international customers. In other cases, we do not offer returns and replacements at this time.

Do you have provision of 1-Day Delivery without any extra cost

Yes, Infibeam offers next day delivery on numerous products across India FREE. The availability message is shown on the Product detail page where Next Day Delivery is available.

  • 1-Day Delivery orders are available for selective cities/pincodes.
  • Delivery time for these orders will be confirmed for your city and pin code during the checkout. Shipments may reach as late as 8pm on a business day.
  • Order containing items with different delivery times may be sent as multiple shipments based on the delivery promise.
  • 1-Day Delivery is valid only if 'Need 1-Day Delivery' message appears on the website while ordering. 1-Day delivery time does not apply to bulk quantity purchases and cash/cheque/DD purchased orders. This service is not available for placing orders on weekends & holidays.
  • In most cases Cash On Delivery is available on 1 day Delivery Orders

Delivery Estimates

How do you calculate the delivery estimates?

We calculate the delivery estimates by adding the estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes for a package to travel from our/merchants facilities to your destination address. This depends upon your delivery location and shipping option chosen by you.

Do international deliveries have the same estimates?

No, the orders shipped internationally, are subject to customs clearance procedures, hence there may be delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

How do I track my package?

You may track your package using the tracking number (AWB number) mentioned in the shipping information for each of your orders.
For this you might have to visit the website of one of our shipping partners. The shipping partner's name would be mentioned in the account page.

Shipping Restrictions

Do you have any shipping restrictions applied to our package?

Warranty issues, restrictions from manufacturer & non serviceable pin codes prevent us from shipping to all locations. We might not be able to ship to all locations in India and abroad due to the following reasons:
  • Warranty issues: Warranty on a number of products (esp. electronic products) is available only in certain geographies and locations. This might prevent us from shipping to locations outside of these geographies.
  • Restrictions from manufacturers: Due to regulatory or other restrictions, manufacturers of certain products (books, etc.) are permitted to sell in certain geographies and not sell to locations outside. In such cases we are unable to sell and ship to such locations
  • Non serviceable pin codes: While we work hard to provide delivery across ALL zip codes across India, there is a chance that we may have missed out on a few.
Unable to buy products from you at my pin code. But I use to buy previously at this pin code.

We tie up with new couriers and logistics partners and make changes to those areas that do not match our service standards. As a result, we renew contracts with better courier providers and meanwhile few areas are temporarily affected. We regret for the inconvenience caused.

What is process for paying using Cash on Delivery on an order?

You can select Cash on Delivery on an order if
  • Your selected products are available for Cash on Delivery.
  • Your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced).
  • Your order total amount is less than 1,00,000
  • You have a valid mobile number.

Please note that if your shopping cart has multiple items where some of the items are not eligible for Cash on Delivery, the payment option will not be available at check out.



Can I get my package delivered the same day?

You can select Cash on Delivery on an order if
  • Your selected products are available for Cash on Delivery.
  • Your location is serviceable by courier partners providing cash collection services. Generally we service all major locations in India (some remote locations might not be serviced).

Cash On Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment options viz. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, ITZ Cash Cards, Cheques, Demand Drafts. In Cash On Delivery, you will have to pay the order amount to our courier partners at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

    Combining & Splitting Orders

    Is it possible to combine multiple items in an order?

    When possible, we try to combine multiple orders into the same shipment. This helps us reduce the number of shipments we need to send to you.
    How do we combine multiple orders?

    We try to combine multiple orders into the same shipment if the orders meet the following criteria:
    • Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account
    • The orders are being shipped to the same address.
    • Items from each order are located at the same Infibeam fulfillment center.
    • The orders are shipping at around the same time.
    Why do we split the orders?

    We may split the following type of orders:
    • Orders having multiple items with different estimated delivery dates. Each of the shipments may have separate invoices sent.
    • Orders from different vendors or fulfillment centers of Infibeam

    Non Receipt of Package Post Delivery Date

    What should I do on non receipt of my order?

    Orders fulfilled by Infibeam.com and shipped via one of our shipping partners will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
    • If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbours, or safely outside your house/office.

    • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.

    • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please e-mail us at customerservice@infibeam.me or call us at +91-79-40260260.
