To log back in to our web site:

2. On the next page, enter your e-mail address and password.
The next time you visit our home page, you will once again be greeted by your name.
Forgot Your Password? We will send you a personalized link with new password to your e-mail address on record with us. This way, you can securely change your password to whatever you want. Reset your password. Reset your password now.
You can also reset your password from "Your Account" by following these steps:
1. Go to the My Account section on the Infibeam.com homepage.
2. Click on the Forgot your password? Link.
3. Enter the email address used when your account was created.
4. Click the Submit button.
A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
We value your participation in the Infibeam community and hope you'll contact us to address any issues that may have prompted you to close an account. Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible by you or anyone else.
Still want us to close your Infibeam.com account? First, please visit My Account and cancel any outstanding orders associated with the account. Once you have done so, please e-mail us, by clicking the Contact Us link in the Help?" section. Please make sure to send your request from the e-mail address associated with the account you would like to close, so that we can verify your identity. If you ever want to order from us again or take advantage of any other features of our store that require a password, you will need to start a new account.
