Her style is unique and she has a power to write on one subject for days together filled with artistic telepathy. Her series on 'Chanaab' and 'Chinaar' is an expression of nostalgia, the evidence of her love and loyalty to her past coupled with her present and dreams of tomorrow. She's a nature lover, botanist/environmentalist and her scientific endowment serves as a bridge between her emotions and hard realities. She is blessed to live in Jammu and Kashmir during her teens and this is well depicted in her poetry.
