Eric spent three years at Goldman Sachs, where he developed proprietary accounting and financial management systems for the firm. During business school, Eric was active in the management consulting group and was selected to teach a full-quarter class on leadership and communication skills to first-year students.
Jim Slepicka: Jim`s career as a creative problem-solver began early, troubleshooting operational challenges on the family farm. A strong believer in combining hands-on, practical experience with theoretical academic training, Jim ran his own business during high school and worked aboard for a year during college, traveling throughout Central Eastern Europe and assisting the Czech Royal Family on consolidation of assets restituted after the Velvet Revolution (including several castles, a winery, brewery, spa and mineral water company).
