A very simple, concise, practical self help book that I have ever read. This book tries to address the mental chaos caused by human's basic problem and the need of getting accepted and being loved. In a very practical and sometimes in a humorous way, the author describes, how to take control of your life and in turn one's own life for life long peacefulness, content and happiness. A must read when one is staring at life's difficult problem and challenges.
