About The Author
Sharwan K. Dewan did-his Ph.D. from University of Edinburgh, UK; PDF at University of Wales. He worked as a Pool Officer at NCL, Pune; as a Research Scientist with Ranbaxy, Delhi. He was trained in FT NMR Spectroscopy at Edinburgh and at Cardiff. He has guided several M.Phil., M.Pharm. and Ph.D. students and is the discoverer of "Dewan's Rules". He has already authored two books - Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry and Modem Chemistry for Engineers.
