Reason for Revolution shows that family court judges, rules and laws along with a host of court affiliates and government agencies together constitute a tyranny against fathers, the family and our constitutional rights and due process. Flaherty shows first that fathers have a constitutional right to parent, yet court judges unconstitutionally deny fathers this right (a form of legal kidnapping) and then demand extortion payments (known as child support) in return. The draconian policies associated with child support often created deadbeat dads of decent fathers as shown in his revealing graphs versus fathers' income. Flaherty shows where the crux of this tyranny lies, how this tyranny remains hidden to the public and what fathers must specifically demand with respect to their rights for themselves, their children and freedom. He suggests a civil strategy to gain the public's attention and to ward off an inevitable revolution that such a tyranny will bring.
